Huawei no longer officially provides unlock codes. You must use external tools (like HCU Client or DC-Unlocker – paid) or find a "Bootloader Unlock Generator" script on GitHub (use at your own risk).
Search 4PDA forum for "Huawei MediaPad T1-70 [АРХИВ]" or XDA Developers thread for "MediaPad T1 10 (Similar chipset)". Always check the last comment date to ensure the download link is alive.
