: If the wizard still fails, you may need to adjust the echoid.dat file in the package contents (Resources/Activation or bin folder) to change the lock code value from 0x010 to 0x004 , then delete the existing lservrc file and re-run the activation.
If all else fails, your installation may be deeply corrupted. A clean reinstall removes all traces.
