After the chaos of Bangkok in The Hangover Part II , Alan Garner (Zach Galifianakis) is off his meds and wreaking havoc. When his father dies unexpectedly, Alan spirals. But before they can get Alan to a treatment facility, they are intercepted by a ruthless gangster named Marshall (John Goodman).
