Pes 2017 Settings.exe Not Working ((link)) -

With the feature re-installed, I navigated back to the PES 2017 folder. My heart hammered in my chest. I hovered the mouse over settings.exe .

This solves 50% of the cases. The Settings.exe needs to write to protected folders. pes 2017 settings.exe not working
